Delivery to Ramat Gan, Givatayim and Bnei Brak: ₪50. Pickup at 99 Ibn Gabirol is also possible. Minimum 10 guests; the final price is set in the order. Market range per guest, October 2026: ready dishes without service ₪43 to ₪65, usually from 20 to 40 portions; hot delivered trays ₪110 to ₪177; catering with waiters ₪125 to ₪160; small-event price guides quote ₪60 to ₪350 a portion.
In the market, the smaller the event the dearer each portion, and minimums usually start at 20 to 50 guests. Here the price per guest is fixed from 10 guests, so 12 guests pay for 12 portions.
Food that arrives and is served by you costs far less than catering with waiters. In the market a waiter costs about ₪250 to ₪300 for a weekday, or about ₪35 a guest, and more at weekends.
Meatballs in sauce, couscous and kubbeh are cooked in the pot, which is why they cost less than cuts on a grill. Grilling on site runs ₪236 to ₪354 a guest in the market, with staff and equipment.
In the market they are paid separately: soft drinks ₪10 to ₪15 a guest, dessert and coffee about ₪15, disposable tableware ₪9 to ₪12, and a full set of tables, cloths and tableware up to ₪60 a guest. At home, buy the drinks yourself.
Some suppliers publish prices before VAT, which adds 18% to the bill. Our prices include VAT.
Many sites only say delivery is extra. Here: ₪35 in Tel Aviv-Yafo, free over ₪750, and ₪50 to Ramat Gan, Givatayim and Bnei Brak.

Where an event is planned in trays, the price per guest moves a little with the guest count, because each tray holds a fixed amount. The planner above works out the exact figure.
That is our ordering time. In the market a week is usual, and two to three weeks for a groom’s Shabbat or a holiday.
The order closes on Wednesday evening. On Friday the food is delivered or collected between 09:00 and 13:00, in sealed, labelled pots and trays.
When time is short, we check by phone what we can prepare for that day.
Up to 48 hours before handover. Confirm the final number of guests the day before.
In a two-hour window you choose, to one address in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Ramat Gan, Givatayim or Bnei Brak. On Fridays between 09:00 and 13:00. Pickup at 99 Ibn Gabirol works too.
Salads and cold trays go straight into the fridge. Pots and hot trays stay closed until you reheat them.
Reheat the pots first, kubbeh, couscous and soup, for 10 to 25 minutes. Warm the meatballs in a pot or covered in the oven, and the schnitzel strips last, 8 to 10 minutes at 180°C, uncovered.
Hot food stays above 63°C, on a low flame or the Shabbat hot plate. Cold food stays out for up to two hours, and outdoors above 32°C for up to one hour.
Leftovers go into the fridge within two hours and are eaten within two days. Reheat once, until steaming.
For a full meal: two pots of couscous or kubbeh, two trays of meatballs, a tray of schnitzel strips, a tray of mini pitas, two salad trays and a basket of pitas. Nine containers holding about 11.6 kg of food.
The salads and the mini pita tray need the fridge until serving. For twenty guests that is three trays, so clear a shelf before the food arrives.
Kubbeh and soup reheat on the hob, couscous and meatballs covered in the oven, and the schnitzel strips last, uncovered. With one oven, reheat in rounds, covered dishes first.
A clear counter or one table for all the containers, and a serving spoon for each dish. Soup and kubbeh go in bowls, the rest on plates.
A plate for every guest, and a bowl when there is soup or kubbeh. For a standing crowd, small plates and napkins work better, since the mini pitas and schnitzel strips are eaten by hand.
A child eats about half a portion. The planner takes children separately and counts each one as a half.
The pots stay hot on the hot plate, above 63°C. Anything that should stay crisp, like the schnitzel strips, is best served on Friday night rather than the next day.
Yes. The kitchen is kosher, meat and pareve, with no dairy dishes on the menu.
Beef in the meatballs, the couscous, the beet kubbeh filling and the Yemenite soup. Chicken in the schnitzel and the griddled chicken breast.
About 370 g of meat dishes per guest in the home meal from the pots, about 420 g in the quiet meal, and about 220 g in the pita and plate meal. The weight is the whole dish, with its sauce, soup or couscous.
The sabich, the aja and the salads are pareve, so they can be served next to the meat dishes.
There is a tray of fish patties in tomato sauce, and vegetarian dishes: sabich, aja, shakshuka and salads. Write in the request how many such meals you need.
Ask which body issued the certificate, until when it is valid, and for which business and address. Check whether the supervision also covers delivery and serving, and if your guests need mehadrin, glatt meat or a particular supervision, say so in the request.
Write in the request what your guests need, and we answer it in the proposal, before you order.
