Choose the shape of meal that suits you: a pita to eat by hand, a full plate or something warm from the pot. The menu moves from the 99 Sabich to beet kubbeh, couscous, meatballs, shakshuka and familiar lunch dishes.
In a pita or on a plate
The 99 Sabich includes aubergine, egg, potato, salad, tahini, amba and hot sauce. In a pita the flavours meet in every bite, while a plate lets you choose a different balance of components each time.
Schnitzel, griddled chicken breast and aja, a herb omelette, appear with salads and sauces in a pita or as a full plate. A plate is especially useful when you want to keep the main dish, salads and sides separate.
From the pots
Beet kubbeh is a sweet and sour beet soup with meat-filled kubbeh. It suits anyone looking for a bowl in which the broth and filling belong to the same dish.
Couscous comes with vegetables and a changing stew. Home-style meatballs are served in sauce with a warm side, while fish patties come in tomato sauce. Yemenite beef soup also appears in the dish archive.
Food from the pots can change during the day. Check the ordering menu before setting your heart on one particular dish.
Tomatoes, eggs and herbs
Shakshuka brings tomato sauce and eggs together and is served in a pita or on a plate. Aja is a herb omelette with salads and sauces, also offered in pita or plate form.
Sabtucha is a local meeting of sabich and a shakshuka egg, with aubergine, potato and salads. It keeps the full structure of a sabich pita and adds the character of shakshuka.
